@RoyalMailHelp Enquiry Ref: 230425-005786 Only the contents, an art print, was damaged. The packaging was NOT damaged it had been squashed. The recipient is the only person who could provide photographs of the undamaged packaging. The box is being used as an excuse to avoid paying compensation!

Another parcel damaged by @RoyalMail and they are refusing to pay for damage despite insurance being part of the postage cost! Photographs have been provided of the damage but they are asking for photographs of packaging. Item was squashed and packaging wasn't damaged! @ShieldVoC

@RoyalMailHelp @royalmail already have the details including photographs of the damaged item. YOU are claiming that you cannot pay compensation because you don't have a photograph of a box. I have stated on multiple times the BOX WAS UNDAMAGED - YOU squashed the box damaging the print inside!
