@BiltRewards Concierge tells me to contact Bilt Support and Bilt Support says that it's already escalated and therefore cannot assist or advise status. I've made payments since then and they were debited and posted already.

@BiltRewards I made a $2,000+ payment on my balance on March 10th. I received and email from Bilt confirming payment was received and processed 3/12/2026. The payment was debited from my bank account but never posted to transactions or my Bilt balance.

Then the original number went to no humans. If I don’t speak to someone ASAP, I’m cancelling the card

Hey @biltrewards — rent marked “processed” but never delivered. Sent to the wrong state, no notification, now I’m facing daily late fees. Support said “escalated” and then dropped the chat. For a premium service, this is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP.

@HeyBilt Also, the original issue that led me to contact support was the rewards on my rent payment. My rent transaction only earned 0.5X points, which was much lower than expected and not clearly communicated beforehand. This is what started the whole support conversation.

@BiltRewards I’m really disappointed with my support experience.
I called card services to downgrade my Obsidian card to Bilt Blue. The agent said downgrades aren’t supported and couldn’t explain my options or help with a refund. The call ended with no resolution.
