@ankurjain_2 I’m BILT Palladium. My card was declined for a charge on Tuesday using ApplePay I was told to delete and re-add it. But it doesn’t work -now my physical card is also suspended. It’s been 3 days and still no resolution - losing out on all of my Rent Day benefits! Help

@MBonvoyAssist I know the policies. As I said I’ve been titanium for a long time. Just saying Upgrade Awards l are flawed and worthless. Particularly when you arrive and the hotel wants to sell you an upgrade fo $930/night!!

@MarriottBonvoy be better! titanium for a number of years- suite night rewards - worthless. Never get an upgrade. Just arrived @ritzcarlton Aruba. Staying 4 nights and tried to use suite nights. No luck. But upon arrival I was offered to upgrade for additional $930/night!

@MBonvoyAssist Suite nights should be scrapped from the rewards program. They always expire because hotels never honor them. Offer a resort credit instead as recognition for 50 nights a year!

Overpaying and overcommitting to Diaz would have been foolish. You might be pissed, but the Mets did the RIGHT thing here. Too many other holes to address. Smart.
