@BBCr4today pls don't make it sound like the upcoming nurses' strike is responsible for making health services collapse & compromising patient safety. The Tories have been at it for the last decade. First strike in history of RCN - that shld say something about their desperation.

@bluenaz Yes absolutely! It was a poignant feature of almost all of those cases. And I didn’t have enough time to talk about the shocking lack of carer’s assessments / support, even when formal care was in place!
