Either PROVE pasteurization is bad and you deserve a second option or shut up. That is the scientific method. Until then society deserves to stand on what’s proven only.

Public works with externalities is not analogous to private consumption with no externalities. What the raw milk guys are responding to is a fair skepticism of the universal certainty that's afforded to nutrition science. Wouldn't you admit there have been enough recent reversals to justify this? Wouldn't you admit we are, even now, experiencing an institutional misunderstanding that causes many to exist suboptimally? Science, and biology in particular, has always been tentative and provisional in nature. Best to let people make their own choices. You can still have kefir and kombucha.
