KOSA is bad enough as-is. Adding "Duty of Care" would make it WAY worse.
This encourages censorship and discourages kids from seeking/accessing help of any kind, as I imagine both the bad AND the good would get censored.

If you are from the US, remember to call your senators(202-224-3121) and tell them to stop KOSA. As it clearly infringes the US constitution. No kids are being protected, this is an excuse to remove more and more of yours rights and to spy on you.
