Beurocrats certainly will be better than politician but they are not the perfect one in context of Nepal. The second option as you told about kings which maybe will be the better version of beurocrats and politicians however it's quite difficult for the rajsastha as an institution to return. It's abit funny about Nepalese society is that they are more democratic and loves election but loves the way kings rules. its strange and funny😂.

No, it would be the biggest disaster for de nation if @ShahBalen appoint a baureocrats. Just look at the neighbor india fm foreign relation policy — it is has nothin done such massive then a established a cold or big brother oppressive Realtionship with all of its neighbors. In my opinion kings diplomacy is the only wayout. Coz nepals politicians fm policy is only limited to kothe meeting for begging to upgrade his/her own political cv and so on.
