They’re retiring debt below face value, reducing dilution/refinancing risk and shifting from short/mid-term convert leverage toward a more permanent BTC-backed capital structure. BTC treasury intact.

Strategy retired $1.5B of its 2029 convertible notes at 92¢ on the dollar.
The company paid $1.38B in cash to eliminate $1.50B in debt, locking in a $120M discount to par and reducing its original $8.2B convert stack by nearly 18%.

If liquidity stays trapped in financial systems or lending demand is weak, large M2 expansion may not (fully) translate into consumer-price inflation.

not as a literal 1:1 inflation rate! Inflation outcomes still depend on velocity, credit demand, productivity, and capital flows. Your chart is easily dismissible 💩by any economist👏
