Thank you for your message, Charles. I have confirmed that the IOR proposal will never be resubmitted for any reason. In my opinion, some of the research in this proposal is likely to be a waste of money, but some, such as Leios, Peras, and quantum-resistant, are essential. I was hoping that it would be split and resubmitted, and I wanted to vote YES for some of them and NO for others. However, now that I have confirmed that the IOR proposal will never be resubmitted for any reason, DRep's current options are the following two, and there is no room for negotiation on other options. I will change my vote. 1. Accept the current IOR proposal. (Even if some of the content, such as PoUW, seems to be a low priority from the perspective of the Cardano ecosystem.) 2. Reject the current IOR proposal, abandon all research on Leios, Peras, and quantum-resistant, and destroy scalability and security.

Who doesn’t belong on this pyramid of greatest investors of all time?

JUST IN: The new U.S. crypto market structure bill does NOT classify decentralized “network tokens” as securities under federal securities laws. The framework heavily favors: • Decentralized governance • Open-source infrastructure • Non-custodial staking • Distributed validator participation Cardano checks every box.
