@BiteSizedTechie @JustEatUK I actually feel the exact same way. I have connections in the consumer council as I used to work alongside them. So that’s my next option too. It seems everyone in the last 24 hours have been refused a refund.

@DaniielleeM @JustEatUK I think its time a class action case ended up in the courts to be honest. I'm fed up with these fast food companies thinking UK law doesn't apply to them

@JustEatUK DM sent, I've just had confirmation that again just eat won't refund for the non delivered order. I hope someone can review this and get it sorted or have no choice but to issue a charge back

@JustEatUK order 233879676 never delivered, i tell you that and your refuse refund without giving a reason. It's so impossible to speak to anyone at just eat when you have an issue.
