Bitcoin is now almost back at its cost of production after the recent dip.
Cost of production has been declining since early February, but it’s now starting to tick back up again.
So far, everything still looks solid.
I’d only start worrying if COP drops significantly.

🚨🇩🇪 Das Ende der Deutschen Haltefrist?
Die deutsche Bundesregierung plant scheinbar aktuell die Abschaffung der einjährigen Haltefrist für steuerfreie Bitcoin- und Krypto-Veräußerungen, um neue Einnahmequellen zu erschließen.
Finanzminister Lars Klingbeil sucht nach zusätzlichen Einnahmen und hat die Besteuerung von Kryptowährungen in die Haushaltspläne für 2027 aufgenommen.
Berichten zufolge haben sich Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz und Finanzminister Klingbeil bereits auf eine Reform der Krypto-Besteuerung verständigt.
Österreich hat die Haltefrist bereits abgeschafft, was zu erhöhter Bürokratie und Kritik aus der Branche geführt hat.
Die Abschaffung würde Bitcoin steuerlich klassischen Kapitalanlagen annähern und Deutschland einen Standortvorteil nehmen.
Unglaublich, was meinst du, werden sie es dieses mal wirklich durchziehen?

Still watchiing for something like this on #Bitcoin.
It could be more bullish but the red zone will be a tough area to crack through at least on the first go.
Micro 1 in orange may also extend a little higher before we see micro 2, tough to tell.

#Bitcoin If we do not sweep the 60k lows this has to be my primary count unfortunately for now until proven wrong. This is because the structure off the lows looks much more corrective than impulsive. It could start to look better but for now I remain pretty cautious.
