Bitoshi @blockamoto's Bitmap Signal Theory adds governance to that permanence. 2,016 blocks form a Hood. The district with the most signals wins the Seat. Seats crown a Sector Elect. Instead of unorganized groups — true storytelling on Bitcoin. Battles. Contests. Communities that last as long as the chain. It all starts in 12 days at block 945,000.

A political layer seems interesting after we see populations arrive. The theory is valid to the degree it serves a useful function. Implementation by participants would give us some tangible insight to the demand as well as the function of the theory. TLDR : let’s see what happens
