Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Rosa Mroz has passed away after being hit by a car while crossing the street in Phoenix on Wednesday. The Judicial Branch of Arizona says she was appointed in 2004 and those who knew her say she was a “loving wife” with two kids. #azfamily
