Why is crypto gaming dying? Gatekeeping. This is one of the most widespread phenomenon in this space. I've seen gamers get fewer collaborations than an influencer with no influence in the gaming space. There's always been a preference for quick gains over building. Marketing agencies have their favorites and are lowballing all the creators. The only elite group in gaming is held up by a silent code of silence, a refusal to be objective about mistakes that have been made. (Spoiler: We're human, we all make mistakes.) If you are against them or don't share the same mindset as the big players, you get cut out. Your own influence doesn't matter; what matters is the influence others have over you. Games continue to not collaborate or work with gamers, relying instead on agencies with lists from 2021. They fail, and the next week, the same thing happens with another game. If we creators worked together, gaming would be the biggest industry, but the egos are too big and will end up destroying everything in a matter of months.

The real power of @Base is not just the tech or charts, but the people behind it. Every day we show up, connect, build and create. This is family and conviction. Grateful to share this passion with all of you. Our biggest strength is unity and hard work. We’re built different.

⚡ How a round works in @BitxelRoads TCG ⚡ Each round isn’t just one clash—it’s actually two battles happening at the same time. You attack with one stat, while defending with the others. The CPU does the same. Let’s break it down: 1⃣ Your Move (Offense) You drag a stat token (e.g. Max Speed) to your active card. That becomes your main attack stat. The game logs: Player chose Max Speed. Turn passes to the CPU. 2⃣ CPU’s Move (Counter-Offense) While you see “ANALYZING…”, the CPU chooses: 75% chance → its highest available stat. 25% chance → a random stat (to keep you guessing). Sometimes → it may activate Nitro or an Instant Gadget. 3⃣ The Double Comparison (Damage Calculation) Now the game runs two separate comparisons: Comparison #1 – Your Attack You picked Max Speed. Your effective Max Speed = 8. CPU’s effective Max Speed = 5. Formula: 8 – 5 = 3 damage to CPU. Comparison #2 – CPU’s Attack CPU picked Acceleration. CPU’s effective Accel = 7. Your effective Accel = 4. Formula: 7 – 4 = 3 damage to you. So in this round, both players take 3 damage each. 👉 If any comparison ends in a tie, the card with the higher Mileage deals 1 extra damage as a tiebreaker. 4⃣ Modifiers & Bonuses (The Strategy Layer) The raw numbers almost never stay raw. Before comparisons, the game applies modifiers: Player & Team Bonuses → from character stats or team boosts. Passive Gadgets → e.g. Spoiler Kit (+2 Max Speed, -1 Brakes). Opponent’s Instant Gadgets → e.g. Oil Slick reduces your Accel. Nitro Rolls → Success = bonuses, Failure = penalties. Class Skills → e.g. Turbo card gains +1.5 Max Speed if rival uses Brakes. Protocol Advantage → e.g. PoW vs P2P gives +1 to your chosen stat. These stack into your effective stats, which are the real numbers used in battle. 5⃣ End of Round Total damage is subtracted from each player’s HP. You gain +1 MP. Next round begins. 🏎️ Why It’s Unique This dual-comparison system rewards balanced cards. A single super-high stat isn’t enough—weak defenses can be exploited by the CPU’s counterattack. Every choice matters: timing, modifiers, and even bluffing the CPU’s logic. ⚡ Example Recap You chose Max Speed = 8 → CPU had 5 → CPU takes 3 damage. CPU chose Accel = 7 → You had 4 → You take 3 damage. Both lose HP in one round. The cycle repeats. That’s the heart of combat in Bitxel Roads TCG. #Web3Gaming @Base @jessepollak @buildonbase @GamingOnBase
