I have a theory and I strongly believe that GTA VI's biggest surprise is that players will get to play a portion of the game set in modern Liberty City, similar to how we visited Guarma in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Either that or we'll get to play as Lucia in the prologue while she's in Liberty City with her mother.
