@Folke You’re not missing much. We believe that the shift is toward adaptive workflows where agents are only spun up when uncertainty is pretty high. That’s where multi agent setups start to justify themselves.

I love the idea of opensource coding agents like Pi and OpenCode, and to an extent OpenClaw, but how do people actually use this with SOTA coding models without burning literally $1000 per month? Especially with multiple agents. I stick to Claude Code with my Max plan ($200) because of that. (And because it's awesome). What am I missing here?

my AI coding workflow as a solo founder: - opus 4.6 for exploration + planning - codex 5.4 xhigh to stress-test the plan (catches gaps opus missed) - back to opus, which usually complains codex is overengineering lol - few rounds back and forth. codex implements, opus reviews. - ask both: "safe to ship? what's the worst thing that could happen?" opus and codex arguing over my codebase is my entire engineering team. will probably ship this workflow as a Polsia feature at some point.

@toddsaunders Totally agree Todd, lower build cost increases surface area for winners. But tbh it also raises the bar on speed and decision making.

I heard an incredible analogy from a VC friend that I can’t stop thinking about. “The moat in software was the cost of building software. And Claude Code just mass produced a bridge.” It’s wild when you think about the impact of this. The SaaS boom produced a few dozen billionaires and a bunch of zero sum winners. But the AI SaaS era will mass produce millionaires. There will be fewer ServiceTitans hitting $5B valuations, and instead there will be 50,000 companies doing $500K-$5M each, run by 1-3 people with deep expertise and huge margins. To be clear, I believe that the total value of software goes up, and the number of companies created goes up exponentially. But the number of people who capture the value also goes up 100x. I don’t believe in the “SaaS is dying” headline, I think it’s missing the point. It’s simply that the power of SaaS is changing hands.

@theo This is basically where the space is heading Theo. No single agent is best across all tasks, some generate better, others validate better. We'd say pairing them in our multi agent CLI workflow usually outperforms any single model workflow.

I bet Claude Code would be much more performant if there were allowed to use Codex to fix it

Chamath on how AI agents are making the "10x engineer" distinction disappear because the most efficient "code paths" are now obvious to everyone. Just as AI solved chess and removed the mystery of the best move, AI is doing the same for coding, making the process reductive and removing technical differentiation. "I'm going to say something controversial: I don't think developers anymore have good judgment. Developers get to the answer, or they don't get to the answer, and that's what agents have done. The 10x engineer used to have better judgment than the 1x engineer, but by making everybody a 10x engineer, you're taking judgment away. You're taking code paths that are now obvious and making them available to everybody. It's effectively like what happened in chess: an AI created a solver so everybody understood the most efficient path in every single spot to do the most EV-positive (expected value positive) thing. @Ric_RTP This is really a mindset gap which he talked about. When the cost of building drops this much, the optimal strategy shifts to experimentation at scale. More ideas, more prototypes, more surface area for wins. It is what it is.

Jensen Huang just called out every CEO who’s been firing people “because of AI.” Jim Cramer asked him why companies are laying people off if AI is supposed to make everyone MORE productive. Jensen's answer: "For companies with imagination, you will do more with more. For companies where the leadership is just out of ideas, they have nothing else to do. They have no reason to imagine greater than they are. When they have more capability, they don't do more." Read that again. The man who built the most important tech company on Earth just told you that if your CEO is using AI to cut headcount, it means one thing: They have no imagination. They have no vision for what comes next. They got handed the most powerful tool in human history and their FIRST instinct was to fire people. This is the CEO of NVIDIA. The company whose chips power every AI system on the planet. If anyone on Earth has the right to say "AI replaces workers," it's Jensen Huang. And he said the OPPOSITE. He said every carpenter could become an architect. Every plumber could become an architect. AI elevates capability. It doesn't eliminate it. But here's where it gets really interesting... During the same interview, Jensen revealed something nobody's talking about: He said AI startups like OpenAI and Anthropic are seeing their revenues increase by one to two billion dollars a WEEK. And he wishes these companies were public so the world could see what he sees. One to two billion per week. That's a $50 to $100 BILLION annualized run rate. For companies that most people think are burning cash and making nothing. The entire Wall Street narrative that "AI companies aren't profitable" might be completely wrong. Jensen sees their numbers. He expects $1 trillion in cumulative revenue through 2027 from just two product lines. That number doesn't include the new chips, systems, or partnerships announced this week. And he's not cutting people. He's hiring. Because when you have imagination, more capability means MORE opportunity. Not less headcount. Meanwhile Salesforce cut thousands. Meta cut thousands. Amazon cut thousands. All blaming "AI efficiency." Jensen's response: You're out of imagination. He also said something that stuck with me. Cramer asked if he ever thought he'd build a $10 to $20 trillion company while waiting tables at Denny's. His answer: "I was just trying to make it through the shift." Biggest tip he ever got? Two, three dollars. Now he's building tech that increased computing demand by one million times in two years. He announced OpenClaw, which he says is as big as ChatGPT. And he's got 21 months of new business that isn't even counted in the trillion dollar figure yet. When asked how long he plans to keep working? "I'm hoping to die on the job. And I'm not hoping to die anytime soon." This is a man who believes every single thing he's building. And his message to every CEO using AI to justify layoffs is simple... You're not innovating. You're surrendering. The technology wasn't built to shrink companies. It was built to make them limitless. If your leadership can't see that, the problem isn't AI. It's THEM.

@imagineplanet07 @RobRizk1 we dont integrate with github locally either through the cli or the vscode any interaction you are getting is something you can fully instruct the agent to do with `gh` so this gives you full control on this

@RobRizk1 @blackboxai Will share in detail tomorrow, for now I would like to request some review about how it stores the GitHub login data locally . I would be really nice if it is installing stuff globally by default rather than that particular folder only ( even the gh command is not global )
