@BlackRabbit130 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Intentional or not, the "boss" role in the hypothetical exaggerates the power dynamic to frame the situation as more than what it is. That is where the implication is. Again, this is NOT an unrelated hypothetical, so even very literate people will struggle to find your voice.

@Tectone The people arguing the consent retraction are missing the context. It can be retracted during, not after. It follows the regret≠rape logic.

@BlackRabbit130 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing A hypothetical doesn't automatically mean it's unrelated. Especially when you are tying to use it to prove a point related to the argument. Calling it "unrelated" just because it's a hypothetical is a misunderstanding of how logic and analogies work in a debate.

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Oh come on, she even leaked DMs what are you even talking about? Don't tell me you're doing all this pandering without the full context. And how is a shared hotelroom with someone you've had those dms with not an indication? And I said "he" was played, if anyone, not her.

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing And tell me why 2 grown adults were sharing a hotelroom after months of flirting online, and even sharing a bed? Barely met irl only online interactions and away from home. Why? If anything, a shared room indicates both parties knew and she acted oblivious meaning he was played.

@Allss22395925 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Sure, second example was exactly what she described. But how is not understanding that 2 different scenarios classify as sexual assault not lack of literacy in the reader? I prefaced the example by saying “hypothetically” implying that it’s unrelated

@BlackRabbit130 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing I never disagreed that you calling it sexual assault was wrong. But here is where you are wrong. The issue wasn't the lack of literacy in the reader, it was your weak hypothetical. The second one you gave me is perfect and you should've wrote that the first time.

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing 1. She says no at first, then changes her mind and consents to having oral. Which then leads into further play later. Why'd she keep going 2. Holding someone's profession over their head as they're a subordinate, and using it to ask for favors outside of company policy. Blackmail

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing That's just not true. Just like with 3rd degree versus 1st degree murder, the crimes vary and the time & fine will also change when it goes to a judicial decision. Same if you compared a man r*ping a woman to someone getting consent and proceeding with no request to stop.

@BlackRabbit130 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Because two things can classify under the same crime but not be the same initial action. Your hypothetical would be punished significantly harder socially and in the court of law compared to what actually occurred according to this video, even though it falls under the same label

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing No, but in that situation I can just leave if I don't feel like giving you $1 or better yet ignore you. This is another example, of your examples being bad. If you're saying he "assaulted" her then a better example would be you implying you'd beat me up if I didn't.

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing "Wore her down", what is this supposed to mean? And you act like providing her lodging is manipulation, if she didn't want to stay there she could of got her own room? She even said she moved rooms after he left, meaning she had other options.

@BlackRabbit130 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Yes, you never by straight word claimed that "Sykkuno was her boss" but you using that hypothetical was enough to imply to a reader that you think that way, even if you actually don't. Don't be insulting people for miscomprehending your text when it was worded pooly.

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing This is from your same link. Tell me, underlining these 4 methods - which one is it Sykkuno allegedly used; Threats, intimidation, manipulation, abuse of power. Now read the definition of those words

@fsObSISq7h67302 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing 5. We’re clearly never gonna agree on this but by definition the oral sex was assault 3. Buying someone things almost always makes them feel like they owe you. She didn’t claim that so neither am I but it COULD have played a toll mentally.

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing 3. There's a trackrecord (as we know now) of Sykkuno buying these women games, clothing, etc. without ever asking (none mentioned) about anything in return. It's very dangerous to assume these things blindly. 5. Unwanted? Rejection? She's in his hotelroom.. No further info

@fsObSISq7h67302 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing If the allegation is true. He is by definition a rapist. We don’t know but he also hasn’t responded. Understanding that victims experienced trauma should be common sense. That doesn’t make them not victims cause they didn’t fight back

@Allss22395925 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Flawed or not precedent has been set that situations similar to the examples are considered sexual assault. I never claimed Syk was her boss it was a (albeit failed) attempt at using a different scenario to get people to understand sexual coercion

@BlackRabbit130 @fsObSISq7h67302 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing Believe it or not, some definitions are pretty flawed. Things can reach the same definition but through different means. Those dot points outline that there are multiple versions of sexual coersion and your original hypothetical pinned Sykkuno as close to the worst possible case

@fsObSISq7h67302 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing 1. Correct 2. Correct 3. It could be argued that convincing her to stay in his room and insisting she not pay him back could cause the feeling that she owed him but she didn’t say that. Also where was she gonna go 4. Correct 5. The BJ took 30 minutes to convince her 6. Correct

@BlackRabbit130 @Allss22395925 @lolowhat @Balthair1 @viotubing 1 - He's not her boss 2 - No info of him doing that was leaked 3 - "Pressuring" meaning putting them in a setting where they can't / feel like they shouldn't say no. Or straight up forcing them. He didn't btw (as far as we know). 4 - None mentioned 5 - None mentioned 6 - No
