Dear Uber Review Team, I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the permanent deactivation of my Uber driver account. I would like to clearly state that I have never intentionally harmed, harassed, or endangered any passenger during my time on the Uber platform. The incidents in question were not caused by malicious intent, but by unfortunate circumstances and human error. During my time as a driver, I maintained a high passenger rating, a high acceptance rate, and a low cancellation rate. I have completed hundreds of trips safely and professionally, and I have consistently aimed to provide responsible service. The first incident occurred on November 2, 2025. Due to extreme fatigue after long working hours, I briefly fell asleep while driving a passenger. My vehicle drifted slightly, but I regained control immediately after the lane departure warning system activated. To stay alert and safely complete the trip, I engaged in light conversation with the passenger. This was not intended as harassment, but only to remain awake and focused. The second incident occurred on December 22, 2025. I picked up two intoxicated passengers who repeatedly distracted me and insisted on changing the route. While driving, I became momentarily distracted and made a lane change to continue safely. I then pulled over due to a safety concern after another vehicle reacted aggressively. Unfortunately, I did not have a dash camera to provide evidence of the situation. I respectfully ask that these two incidents be considered in the context of my overall driving history, which reflects safe and responsible service. Uber driving was my primary source of income, and I have always taken my responsibilities seriously. I have learned from these experiences and I am fully committed to improving my driving habits, managing fatigue more responsibly, and ensuring maximum passenger safety at all times. I respectfully request a full review of my case and the opportunity to continue working on the Uber platform. Thank you for your time and consideration.
