Sometimes your driver was not kind, your driver was rude, just to not pay for the trip. Why don't you listen to us. You believe what customers say. To stay alert and safely complete the trip, I engaged in light conversation with the passenger. This was not intended as harassment, but only to remain awake and focused. The second incident occurred on December 22, 2025. I picked up two intoxicated passengers who repeatedly distracted me and insisted on changing the route. While driving, I became momentarily distracted and made a lane change to continue safely. I then pulled over due to a safety concern after another vehicle reacted aggressively. Unfortunately, I did not have a dash camera to provide evidence of the situation. I respectfully ask that these two incidents be considered in the context of my overall driving history, which reflects safe and responsible service. Uber driving was my primary source of income, and I have always taken my responsibilities seriously. I have learned from these experiences and I am fully committed to improving my driving habits, managing fatigue more responsibly, and ensuring maximum passenger safety at all times.
