@Xfinity horrible customer service! I’ve been out of cable for months on my porch. The tech ordered a new cable to be installed and it has been over a month with no crew out to complete order. I have been paying for box and service on this tv and can only get bot to respond

@XfinitySupport this has been the worst experience of my life! The way that the home security treated me, and disregarded me. I believe that the supervisor who handled the call would not have treated me poorly if I didn’t sound black!
