For anyone who doesn't read past the headline, like Candace, here's what the story actually says: The defense is desperate and is arguing that because the bullet that killed Charlie was badly fragmented, it can't be proven that it came from his rifle. Don't be a low IQ person.

Zero evidence shown. Complete waste of time.
