@DillonLoomis using X search in a public space can be quite risky with what shows up
English

On behalf of everyone that's ever used the X search feature - whether to find other users or information - this is arguably the weakest part of X that needs to be addressed. It's an incredible historical collection of data and a platform built on connecting with others but accessing that data and/or any other user profile via search is a truly terrible experience right now

Okay and who of you couldn't reply to this? Please please only if you couldn't okay?

Okay let's see who can reply to this

@BlakeFolgado Does it translate the content from non-English markets into English?
English

@TomHarpointner try it on local sources in non english markets to get news as it happens. eg close to a mine in peru, or movements in conflict regions
English

@pedrobenaa wide angle long range cameras in f1 racing should be entirely replaced by on vehicle or in helmet pov, would be so much more interesting to watch

@DavidSHolz @bdmarotta @midjourney release the api, extreme levels of friction atm. let platforms use midjourney so people can make things, i think you'll be surprised by usage
English

@bdmarotta @midjourney its not clear an API will drive much revenue right now, no one is making 'enough images' for a pay-per-image biz model to work. there might be a 'higher subscription' play that works for professionals and small biz though, but still not obvious it is a huge boon
English

.@midjourney could increase their revenue by offering an API. One of the few AI companies that doesn't. Might be principled, but the result is that it only exists through third parties.
Gavin Purcell@gavinpurcell
midjourney is an interesting example of an ai company that completely rejected the scale play... and now might be suffering for doing so also, 'this is just what it costs' is interesting customer service messaging
