It really comes down to what kind of relationship he has or wants with his family. If he has no relationship with them or wants none then keep it. If he wants a relationship with them he should share it. I mean more than $10M is a lot. You could give all 2 sisters and mum $1M each and still have a huge sum leftover. Personally I’d do that.
