@chrishlad I put a company first above my relationships & health. 15 hour days, often 6-7 days a week (while going to school). Did nothing for my career & took a toll on my health. They now have 3 women doing what I did, except when I did it there was 180 employees, now there's only 20-40.

Work-life balance in your 20s is an easy way to guarantee a mediocre career.
