@nazmins I am now requesting a cash return from uber eats via my bank as no one at @ubereats_uk or the restaurant has addressed the food crime of HAIRS in my food! Instead the restaurant have been extremely nonchalant about it and unapologetic! Don't order from them disgusting

@UberUKI_Support @ubereats_uk is in need of more humans as the customer service right now is very poor! If you find hairs in food a FULL refund is required FULL STOP, none of the food is edible after that point. Let alone the whole meal looking interfered with

The automated system is driving me up the walls!!!! I EVEN CALLED @nazmins who DID NOT APOLOGISE!!! And sent me back to ubers computers to be unheard and unseen and stolen from

@UberEats I reported it straight away and expected a full refund because how am I supposed to eat ANYTHING from this order!!!!! The whole door was thrown away!!! But @UberEats only refunded me part of the money!!!!
