The vote is happening. And sooner than expected.

I’ve said this before, but here’s a little inside baseball from a former Republican: Back in my GOP days, we Republicans would privately laugh at how Democrats would never go to the mat to win. We always knew Democrats wouldn’t fight to the death politically. Last night proved Republicans right again.

We’re not going to “fix the Democrats’ brand” by doing TikToks or launching podcasts. The brand is a direct reflection of the strength of our elected officials. If we want to purge our weak branding, we have to purge the weak Democrats. I’m looking forward to a robust primary cycle and ushering in a new era of Democrats who actually know how to fight.

And they are all in. Trying to be "cool" for the kids. Now, TPUSA as we speak is trying to get into every middle school and high school in the country. They are going all out to try and indoctrinate young men into their hate and resentment club at the earliest possible age... using their religion as the icebreaker and gaming as their gateway. It's going to get ugly if there isn't some kind of intervention or serious work to prevent this.

Trump pardoned some people convicted of literally the exact same crimes that Hunter was convicted of (see: Kodak Black, convicted of possession of drugs + firearms - rollingstone.com/music/music-ne…). Trump pardoned people close to him due to family relations, like Charles Kushner, who also were convicted of tax evasion (see: apnews.com/article/donald…). And, at his absolute worst, Trump pardoned people who lied in order to cover up his crimes, people who were literally convicted for obstructing investigations to cover for Trump, like Roger Stone (see: nytimes.com/2020/07/10/us/…). Some people are saying "now Republicans are going to do whatever they want!" Excuse me? What WEREN'T they doing before??? Some people are saying "now the Democrats have no moral ground to stand on!" Excuse me? Because the president used his Pardon power? The Hunter pardon isn't even REMOTELY in the same ballpark as the three listed above. Republicans are amoral, do not ever play into their framework of trying to argue for some "return to normalcy" or argue about "abuse of presidential power," it is a joke to them, and they don't believe in it.
