NEW: Iran has rejected dismantling its nuclear facilities in its formal response to the US, instead laying out a three-phase framework with the US having to accept Iran's pre-conditions first, war-ending terms negotiated over 30 days, and nuclear issues addressed in a separate post-war agreement. Iran's pre-conditions include: 1. Ending the US blockade 2. Freedom to export oil 3. Lifting US sanctions 4. Releasing frozen Iranian assets 5. Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz 6. Lebanon ceasefire as a red line The US won't accept these pre-conditions, and is demanding nuclear concessions upfront before any of them are even considered.
