Worst part of society in 2024: Smoking weed is so highly encouraged Somehow the culture has been convinced weed is some miracle medicine that can cure basically anything and heal your mental health Couldn’t be further from the truth For a lot of people weed actually makes you a lot more anxious and unhappy, especially when you aren't high You form a dependency despite being told "weed isn't addictive" Lies I know this is a lame position to take, but I feel like we’ve hit a point now where smoking weed has been totally normalized and even encouraged by the culture Just like sports gambling, a multi billion dollar industry was born overnight and now it's shoved down our throats nonstop I truly believe sometime in the near future people will realize it’s not everything that the internet and corporate weed people are selling us It's potentially really dangerous, addictive, and distracts people from their true purposes I know this stance will piss a lot of people off, but there just aren't enough voices openly taking this position in 2024 2025 is about to me the most revolutionary year in human history Opportunity will be everywhere. Weed will only decelerate you and distract you from this opportunity Remember, you got 100 years on this planet at best. If something is distracting you from your purpose, it just isn't worth it
