Update on rsETH incident: @LlamaRisk has published a report outlining the rsETH incident, the immediate actions taken, its impact on Aave, and potential paths forward. All service providers have been working to assess the two potential bad debt scenarios on the Aave protocol. Aave DAO service providers are also leading an effort with ecosystem participants to address any bad debt. This effort already has several indicative commitments from various parties and we are grateful for the strong support we have received so far. We will share further updates as we have them. @BlueLightDiet I have the iron forge by Chroma. Irradiance is 850 mW/cm2. Based off this calculator my sessions should be under a minute. For full body Chroma says about 5 mins.

Vitamin B1 for Hashimotos ⚡️ 600mg/day of thiamine HCl = partial or complete regression of fatigue in patients on T4 Patients had normal blood concentrations of thiamine & TPP. In the patient who received IV therapy, fatigue regressed in 6 hours. In oral therapy group, it took 3-5 days The case study was small, only 3 patients but worthy of attention nonetheless, given that blood labs appeared “normal” for both thyroid and thiamine. Most docs stop there.

@yoursimmo11 The logic here is flawed. You obviously had gut issues, so gut absorption could very much be a factor on why Mg supplementation didn't work for you. What if the Mg from raw milk and juice also did not absorb, but only the Epsom salt bath did and that's what you noticed?
