CLARITY act markup is huge for consumer crypto (no, we are not dead). This is why: - protocol rewards and airdrops will be available, if you play a game, you can get rewarded for being a loyal fan - token launches will be available to Americans, you can participate early in a project regardless of net worth - your USD stablecoin sitting in your gaming wallet likely won’t gain yields, but, this is a normal experience for gamers - better CEXs, once there are rules and laws, it makes them more trustworthy, not less, a win for the industry - in game currency and items (assets) won’t be securities, imagine getting a sword and having it treated like a stock purchase, no more! - no more passive staking, skill based rewards only tied to active game play! How it should be. Let’s clean up web3 gaming to be scamless and ponziless! - better simpler on-ramps are encouraged, with clear regulation, and better payment experience should follow! Yay! 🚨 Security Incident Update 🚨 As of 5:24 PM PT on March 11, 2026, we have filed a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding identity theft and account compromise. Submission ID: aff7162b2ec94ce292296bd09c99a78b At approximately 8:14 PM PT on March 10, 2026, our Founder’s X account (@theWeb3Jess) was compromised. Within approximately 30 minutes, the attackers used the account to post an advertisement promoting a fraudulent token named “$JESS” on the platform pump.fun. This token and any related promotions are unauthorized and part of a scam. Neither Jess Zhang nor Blockus has any affiliation with the token or its launch. We strongly advise the community not to interact with or trade this token. If you were personally affected by this incident, please file a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): ic3.gov We will continue cooperating with law enforcement and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
