@BestBuySupport @BestBuy Worst customer service of any major company I've ever purchased from. I'll be filing a complaint with BBB if this isn't resolved 100% today. Ordered an appliance May 8. You've now shipped me 2 appliances I didn't order. Have called support 7+ times

Still am nowhere close to having the actually item I paid for now over 2 weeks ago. And unable to reach anyone with ability to rectify the situation. Shame on you #BestBuy. I will never order from you again and will be very vocal about my discontent until this is resolved fully.

Was told a refund confirm would be emailed. Still haven't seen one. I've had to repack crate-style-shipped items at my own expense, and the burden of returning these giant 60+lb items I DID NOT ORDER has been placed on me rather than scheduling YOUR company to pick up your error
