You learn methods to cope with it, when it comes to depression and anxiety in a lot of cases you can only cope with it. I have severe anxiety and there is no fix. And yea it doesn't, that's why I said it's worth a try, you never know

I don't see why people can't just try it. It also doesn't mean you can't have surgery, you could totally have it and therapy
