The problem is the NFL State will use the officiating as the medium to get their boy a ring. Penalties won’t be called on their offense but will be called on the opposing defense. 3rd down Pass interference and Roughing the passer bailouts This agenda will ruin this sport

@Blue8E @YZR_Fantasy @ScottHanson @swagman95 I don’t think it is. It’s using yourself as the authority, “I am a biologist, therefore I am correct” is a more fallible appeal than another corroborating. When players reference what other players have said and their own experience as evidence I don’t think it’s seen as bad.

Here is what former Pros who drop the “you never played” card don’t understand: Your playing experience 100% gives you a deep reservoir from which to form correct opinions. It does not automatically give you correct opinions.
Chase Snyder@ChasingSnyder

Why Schrager got so defensive: he experienced this “you never played” card before with DeAngelo Williams pointing directly at him and Kyle Brandt after Kay Adams and them picked the Patriots to beat the Steelers by 3 in 2017. Nate Burleson stood up for them. Patriots won…27-24.

@TrainaStrong @ATLegend_1 @ChasingSnyder I doubt many of them share their losses and wins publically so it’s anyone’s guess as to how you made that conclusion, plus, Rodger Goodell has a vested interest in maximizing profit for Fanduel and Draftkings since they are fucking PARTNERED with the National Football League

Ryan Clark was flat out fired. Didn’t even let his contract run out. Marchand directly pointed to Clark playing the dumbest “you never played card” on Peter Schrager for being the tipping point. You play this card, you lose my respect as an analyst.

@Cesar8Saenz @ATLegend_1 @ChasingSnyder The analysts don’t really analyse anything. They just circle jerk each other with hot takes about how Allen is the greatest QB and Lamar is at risk of being replaced. They are there for the purpose of propaganda and deception. No need to pretend it’s anything more than that

@ATLegend_1 @ChasingSnyder Maybe because most players can’t read or write and dumb as fuck and can only do things but not interpret crate or coach

@sadbluepepe66 @ATLegend_1 @jtatkins @ChasingSnyder No he just didn’t want to spend his time critiquing them because honestly it would require a bit of time, but i’m more than willing to tell you that I am NOT interesting in listening to this during a Ravens game or any major NFL match up for that matter and i’m not alone…

@AP_theGhost @therealreadonly @ChasingSnyder You seem to be misappropriating: Brandt mostly is humor and respect, whereas Schrader brings inside knowledge of front offices, so whatever he’s saying is generally the consensus of a lot of people in the NFL. Deangelo in his feelings actually attacking the good guys.

@DonDestiny90255 @MoneyMar44 @ScottHanson i think when all they did was hire “white” people as coaches and actively block “black” coaches from being hired to the point where they had to implement a rule that forced black coaches to be hired, it’s a given that out of the Coaches hired, the most successful ones would be…

@MoneyMar44 @ScottHanson Your right, you didn't. Just connecting the dots on where your opinion lies. Nate Burleson sides with the 2 non NFL players here. Kyle Brandt played division 1 ball btw. Why do you think that is?

@ScottHanson The funniest part about this is 100% of the people commenting would be offended if someone came to their place of work and tried to give them advice because they “watch a lot of YouTube.”

@JSMBurner @ScottHanson It doesn’t imply that at all lmao. Your grasp of the english language is extremely low. The obvious conclusion to draw is that their opinions are more valuable than the options of those that haven’t played, even if former players disagree amongst themselves

@ScottHanson Using the “you never played” card implies everyone who DID play has the same exact opinion on a particular issue. This is obviously not true, and former players who use it are aware of that. It’s just a disingenuous way to debate.

@ScottHanson The never played card doesn’t really work, Most head coaches in the league never played in the NFL or hardly played. If playing in the NFL mattered so much for one’s football intellect, then all head coaches would be former players.

@dafloridabear @ScottHanson this is a poor example. Women and men are obviously different and social context should obviously be recognized in some situations. If the argument was that she didn’t fill up the gas in the shared vehicle coming back from work late at night then she might have a point…

@ScottHanson I’ve talked to a lot of pro athletes who don’t know how to diagnose what they’re seeing. It’s a different talent of its own. Just look at MJ and Jeter trying to make decisions for an org.
