@BCBSM would be nice if when a drug like briviact goes generic that you would pay for name brand until your contracted pharmacies could get it from suppliers. Instead you will cause individuals with seizures to end up in the hospital due to withdrawal

@BCBSM I’m a new customer and trying to find in-network care. Both the app and the website say “We skipped a beat. There was an error processing your request” every time I search for a doctor. I’ve tried simple searches like Medical Facilites -> Hospitals and get the same error.

Hey @BCBSM Please reinstate my disabled godson's insurance — You have your money!! He can't do ABA, he had to cancel an EEG for his epilepsy, and god help him if he gets sick and has to go to the ER again. His parents are under-employed & absolutely cannot afford this

Total hip is scheduled next week Just got asked by a Peer to Peer for the Kellgren Lawrence scale for the patient’s hip arthritis. A board certified orthopedic surgeon I might add. I informed him that grade 3 Tönnis is the most severe hip grading of arthritis and that the KL score is only used for knees. Case was still denied. 🤷‍♂️😐 @BCBSM seems to employ morons. @ABOSortho certification doesn’t mean much.
