Humans are creatures of habit. Quality sleep, quality exercise, and the virtuous cycle of positive reinforcement. Pinnacle Cold Exposure is another powerful daily habit. Like a prime reset for your nervous system. Neural genesis = Increased neural connectivity 🧠💪

Mind & Build Your Vigor: Sleep fills the vigor well NSDR replenishes it (Look it up) Exercise raises capacity for more (vigor) Caffeine etc. borrows it (but IMO is great) Reaching milestones reinforces it Pointless back & forth drains it Good people in your life secure it.

@IamProHuman Great post! We've found that cold plunging can be a great addition to our daily routine. When it comes to mood, depression, and anxiety, placing the body under acute, low dose stress like a cold plunge resets the mind. 🧠

@esaagar The issue is that Americans cannot easily start businesses and buy property in China. Whoever wrote our trade laws with China was asleep at the wheel.

In China, weed is banned and seen as a propellant of social degeneracy But here in the U.S. China is funding industrial weed farms to fuel Americans growing addiction Wonder why

Hard activities like exercise, ice baths, and fasting cause short term pain and long term pleasure. Easy activities like social media scrolling, porn, and gaming, provide short term pleasure and long term pain. Dr. Anna Lembke's seesaw.

Counterintuitively, less is more. We must work hard and recover even harder. Focus is the heart of strategy. Deep work on key initiatives that drive the most results is a competitive advantage in a distracted, burned out world.

@FitFounder Cold plunge is great for focus and energy during the day. Sauna is best at night, prepares the body for optimal sleep (heat dumping). We expect there to be as profound, if not more profound, benefits from cold exposure because it is more acute then heat stress.

@FitFounder There are more studies on sauna sure. As far as lowering stress, cold plunge is superior. It is a more acute hormetic stress response than sauna. Your get your nervous system wiped clean in less than 2 minutes vs a sauna. Come plunge with us.

I'm a big believer that people should be getting a sauna before a cold plunge. You get way more health benefits, it contributes to living longer & it's an incredible tool for lowering stress levels.
