@ItsGamerDoc so turn the Windows kernel into something like MacOs? Emh sorry to break it to you but League of Legends has a very popular platform providing cheats for it on MacOs, which are considered much safer to use than any cheats that try to bypass Vanguard on Windows

If Microsoft somehow pulls this off, adopting VBS Enclaves would be a game changer for the fight against cheaters and probably in a lot of areas in the industry, but I don't think users will put up with it, so it will just be a pipe dream. This right here will kill all memory-based cheats, including hardware-based cheats like DMA.

@InterShh yes, and we can adapt it faster, including for drivers that cheat developers create and sign themselves (which happens with alarming frequency)

Vanguard starts when the system does to prevent vulnerable drivers. It can be stopped to load them anyway, but without connectivity, Vanguard attests to this not having happened by simply still being there when a game is launched. It's the "who loads first" problem.

@KaiiExe Nope. Vanguard doesn't monitor your clipboard or your recycling bin. We only take screenshots of the game window when you're in game, just like every other anti-cheat.
