We need more supports like white fox. High skill ceiling, challenging playstyle, and not an invincibility circle ult. White fox being released along with the global ult charge reduction has rivals in its most healthy state since release.

The thing that people aren’t getting about why people dislike promeia’s design is that people aren’t disliking it because it’s sexual, they’re disliking it because the execution is bad. We can yap about “fanservice” and “gooner game” all we want but ZZZ being a “gooner game” doesn’t mean they should just pop out lazy designs. It’s possible to do a revealing design and make it look good. Promeia just looks like a mess.

With the Trickster rework I have found you really have to play deliberately around the style system or you are significantly weaker than old Trickster He's much harder to play now, but feels more rewarding to win with? It's like he always has 1 or 2 windows to 4 slug in a given match, but you have to both see the window, and be mechanically good enough to hit the shots when the window opens

@mothis999 @cissiayearner Disagree, it was leaked a while ago Eva kit was scrapped due to how heavy Japanese inspired it was. Sure she still has JP themeing but that's most likely due to her physical design and her ties to HI3 Yae Sakura. Her kit tho was charged this much I truly believe.

@cissiayearner I don't think they did. They probably had to remake the maps and part of the story but both character animations and kit designs were not changed. Evanescia is still very Japanese themed for instance

fun fact, they (allegedly) made all of these animations in FOUR MONTHS. love or hate star rail but their animation team deserve all the praise in the world and i'm happy this game is so popular so the teams behind it can get their bag

@dissonantruin @doublevalen6 @cissiayearner Yeah, and It also pretty much confirmed Welt in HSR is Welt from HI3. They are the same exact character. Also variants of Mei and Yae are in Genshin as well which is where my love for these come from.

@doublevalen6 @BlueKittenRose @cissiayearner And dont get me started on the fact Cyrene was LITERALLY Elysia. There's a lot of ties to HI3 to keep the game strong for the HI3 fans, since that's a good chunk, probably half? Of the playerbase. So constantly recalling to HI3 keeps them happy too.

@doublevalen6 @cissiayearner Came from a reliable leaker. I think there is some truth to this bc Eva seems to play a big part in 4.X's story, and she fits the theme of the planet supposed to have. Im happy for SW fans, they're getting an amazing charater, just wish it wasnt at the cost of my fav char😐

@Hugzefj @Harryrally2004 @cissiayearner Planarcadia and Evan character design is still extremely JP coded. Hoyo must be doing a extremely poor job if that is the case. Also SW999 animation is too good to be a second banner character. Everything just points to SW being the main push all along

@fPearspective I will never agree with raising the skill floor of a killer. It only hurts average/ casual players and does nothing for the hardcore/streamers of the game. Like I love to play trickster but I'm not going to spend hundreds of hours of my limit playtime just to get decent at him.

BHVR has tried three different approaches to address skill expression in Dead by Daylight. Removal (Wesker), raising skill floor (Trickster), and lowering skill floor (Oni). Trickster being more difficult but higher skill expression >>> Simplified Oni 180 flick ainec.
