Just as a FYI. Maresca wasn’t sacked due to results. He was sacked because he wanted experience, called it out, and it hurt the owners fragile ego!

@siphillipssport they just prey on inexperienced managers with no career leverage, use them until the manager’s stature grows and they get more bold to question problems in the structure, then sack them, rinse and repeat. Narcissism as a club policy.

Bringing in already star names does not exist under Clearlake and never will. It’ll be another inexperienced head coach who is raw, developing, and learning, just like this entire project has been. Someone who ‘stays in their lane’ only.
