If I wanted to start simultaneously streaming to YouTube as well as Twitch, what setup would you recommend that's as CPU friendly as possible? (OBS takes up a lot so my concern is my PC not being able to handle it) I've seen 3rd party programs as well as OBS plugins but I'm not sure what works best!

@LittleMaggz I would def consult a doctor to be sure but I am pretty sure the only way to stop it is to just let it stop naturally. I have breastfed 3 times and that is how it worked for me. During the weaning process you have wear nursing pads that soak it up and deal with the engorgement.
