Rogers has zero interest in going to Chelsea.
He wants to compete for the PL and play UCL football. Chelsea have finished top 4 just once in 4 seasons (placing 6th, 10th and 12th the other 3 times) and haven’t competed for the title in 9 years.
Also, Chelsea can’t afford him.

Developments over Rogers still being watched closely as he is one of the main attacking targets this summer. Some say a Preference for Arsenal but #CFC still there and he’s not against joining Chelsea either. Keep an eye out on the midfield as Alonso has been talking about profiles.
