The Holocaust at Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers. This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas of antisemitism, words, stereotypes & prejudice, through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder of Jewish people. The Holocaust took time. #YomHaShoah

Here is Sunday's election in Hungary, mapped by municipality. The TSIZA movement swept into power with a 2/3 majority, ending 16 years of Orban's government. It was aided by an extremely efficient coalition, getting 52% overall, but not above 68% in any one district.
