🚨 Another Complaint Filed Against Blueberry Funded One more complaint has been submitted on our platform regarding @BlueberryFunded, raising concerns about account termination and lack of transparency. ▹ The Situation: @AnnuFx7 reported that his funded trading account was terminated just before payout, after the firm claimed they were using a third-party Expert Advisor (EA) and participating in group trading. ▹ According to the Annu: • The EA used was personally developed, not purchased or shared. • The strategy was a breakout EA placing buy stop and sell stop orders. • The EA was not HFT, not grid, not martingale, and not arbitrage. It included safeguards like: • Deleting pending orders during high-impact news • A 1-minute delay before trailing stop activation He successfully passed both evaluation phases using this EA. However, when the account reached around +4% profit and was approaching payout, the firm allegedly terminated the account. ▹ @BlueberryFunded stated that their investigation found: • Use of a third-party EA • Trading patterns matching automated behavior across multiple accounts They cited their Terms and Conditions, which prohibit: • Copy trading • Signal services • EAs that replicate trading activity across multiple users The firm concluded the account violated their policies and confirmed that the decision is final. ▹ @AnnuFx7 Concerns: • Why was the account not flagged earlier during the evaluation phases? • Why was no warning issued while the EA was actively trading? • Why was no detailed proof, logs, or trade analysis provided? He also attempted to cooperate with the firm by: • Requesting trade logs and evidence • Offering to explain the EA logic • Providing proof that the EA was personally developed Despite this, the firm maintained their decision and closed the case. ▹ The account started with $10,000 and was showing approximately $391 profit (~4%) at the time the issue occurred. This is not the only complaint we have received recently regarding @BlueberryFunded. The firm should address the concerns, and work toward resolving the issues transparently. People often ask what being broker backed actually means. The last two weeks have been some of the most volatile we have ever seen in XAUUSD. A lot of prop firms running plug and play pricing saw spreads blow out past $1.00, along with poor execution and heavy slippage. We didn’t. With tier 1 liquidity and real brokerage infrastructure, we held the line on XAUUSD spreads when it mattered most. Good pricing only counts if you can keep offering it during volatile markets. There will definitely be a lot of movement on this from what I'm hearing. The issue with this though is that despite the experience brokers have with managing risk, they completely keep missing the mark with props. So many broker-backed props are already massively in the red with aims of trying to turn a profit, so I worry about how high risk these lead generating non direct profit oriented products will be.

In 2026, multiple brokers will come out with prop-adjacent products for lead generation. These products likely will put further pressure on struggling props as the marketing space will be diluted and the CPA will increase and the cost of entry for these offerings will be low. Multiple vendors have been contracted to build these products - its only a matter of time. The offerings will not be as attractive as a standard 4/10 offering but the price will be just right.

The creators that criticized our futures plans for not being enough like the casino firms are the same creators now criticizing said casino firms for rug pulling. When are people going to wake up to the fact that the easier a challenge is, the higher the chance of something going wrong?

People often say regulation is the biggest threat to the prop space - and it potentially is, but not for the reasons you think. Prop firms have been able to grow at scale quickly for many reasons, one of the biggest is through Google Ads / Meta Ads. These are not as flexibly available to brokers due to regulatory restrictions, strict classification as a financial service, and the policies of large ad platforms. Props have largely been able to avoid this, which has been great for growing the industry, however comes at the cost of most prop firm growth being fueled through ads. Once regulation or increased ad platform restrictions hit, there are many firms that only focus on direct advertising that will be caught out. The same thing happened over the last few years with many DTC businesses being wiped out due to small changes in ad algorithms and ad policies. That’s why we put so much focus in partnerships. Ad platforms don’t care how many years you have worked with them or the money put into growth, but affiliates and partners grow alongside us.
