On today’s episode of SSRIs are overly glamorized: I’m watching the Pitt, one of the most popular shows right now. One of the doctors says in a scene “I’m on Lexapro. It doesn’t only help with depression, it helps with panic attacks!” And was trying to get a coworker to take it.

We had to say a final goodbye to our beloved border terrier, Charlie, today. Aged 16, he’s been part of the family since he was eight weeks old. My best friend, who was by my side through good times and bad. My heart is broken, but I was there with him at the peaceful and dignified end. I will always miss you and love you, Charlie xx
