@bmstores Absolute shocking customer service in store today, refused sale of a garden rake for ‘challenge 25’. Upon research, a garden rake does not require identification for sale, and I am clearly over 25 years of age. Please explain this policy and why it led to a wasted trip

@bmstores hi awfully sorry to bother you but is there a reason why staff have been told they can't use a stool at the till when there's one supplied. I thought it was a health and safety regulation from 1992?

Hey @bmstores I have just asked your Stratford upon Avon store if I could buy some Astro turf off the role, the response was “the guy who cuts it, is back in tomorrow” Surely you can train others to cut a metre of fake grass?? UK retail is in trouble

Can't believe @bmstores only pay supervisors 18p more than regular staff. Imagine being in charge of a multi million pound company for 18p. Can't imagine the staff would work well for that.

@bmstores Posting on behalf of my husband – medical condition, needed urgent toilet access in B&M. Handled poorly, caused embarrassment. Customer service admitted this but refused any goodwill gesture.
