I'm not satisfied with the answer thus far.
We seem to disagree on the answer, or how and what it applies to.
We need rules, laws, and enforcement, or we'll be more captured than we are free.

@patrickjwitt @KuwlShow The attached post can be similarly applied to all cryptocurrency that isn't a CBDC. To protect the Country: the clarity act needs to pass, and label all cryptocurrencies that aren't CBDC, as contraband.

For the past year, I have worked diligently to get the Clarity Act passed, fulfilling President Trump’s vision to make the U.S. the crypto capital of the world.
Last week, it was reported that I was set to leave for mandatory training as part of my service in the Georgia Army National Guard, right before Clarity hits the Senate floor.
While I remain committed to fulfilling my service obligation, I am grateful to report that my training has been deferred, and that I will be able to see this effort through to the end.
Thanks to @POTUS and @DavidSacks for the opportunity to continue this important work and to everyone who reached out last week. Let’s finish the job. 🇺🇸

Flock's CEO gave a TED Talk where he was asked what's being done with his technology that makes him uncomfortable.
He said that only happened three times last year.
He didn't mention the millions of times information from his cameras was accessed by federal agencies, the use of his cameras to track a woman getting an abortion, or the racial profiling that's been conducted using his technology.
Even when it comes to stalking incidents, there were at least 7 known cases last year. This CEO is once again misleading the public.

If Bitcoin isn't money, every BC/USD quote is an unauthorized dollar-denominated instrument. Either way, the market fits the statutory definition of counterfeit or private-currency issuance.

No regulation didn’t just mean no oversight. It meant that when Celsius, Voyager, and FTX went bankrupt, customer assets were treated like corporate property instead of customer property. The Clarity Act fixes the rule that let that happen. Protecting customers in bankruptcy shouldn’t be a partisan idea.

The Clarity Act will not pass. Democrats have spent years attacking crypto, and it will be a central line of attack against Trump and Republicans in the midterms. Any Dem Senator who votes for Clarity will get torched by the press and their voter base. I wish this fight was over but it’s going to continue for years.
