Fog of war: At first, only a corner of the castle is visible on the map. As you approach and explore the area, the full structure is revealed. Same for villages and other locations. This is giving you visible destinations while preserving the surprise of discovery. #cubeworld

There may be moments where we break glass for highest priority issues (game crashes). There will indeed still be downtimes for general server maintenance/upkeep. If we have the opportunity, a small fix could sneak in here or there. 💛

Hey @tacobell I just sat in the lobby waiting for food for almost an hour after ordering at a kiosk. Proceded to watch multiple orders go out that came in after us by almost 15 minutes also using the kiosk get their food first. Only excuse we were told was they were catching up.

@XxFICT10NxX @PaulTassi Yes my understanding was one "Blanket" game that continues from where D2 is now to more MMO no more like D3, D4 and so on. Possible engine update to the Marathon version or newer one of Tiger. I believe it also was bringing back by rebuilding D1 content and the Vaulted content.

@PaulTassi Destiny Infinite might be the way to go then. The framework technically is already there and running. Seems like it would be potentially cheaper and less time to get running. Shattered Cycle and Alchemist are also nearly finished and could be used as the base for it kicking off.

before people misinterpret this and yell at me, it's not saying to ignore Marathon, those existing content plans are likely set. Most important thing is to get something new in the fire, as the studio needs something else, at least in the works, to survive

@Bungie @Sony @DestinyTheGame Go full FPS MMO with WoW like Expansions and one or two MoT like updates a year. You could also probably use Shattered Cycle and Alchemist as the base kick off point for it as those both were likely nearing completion.

I still think for @Bungie and @Sony the best outcome that can happen for @DestinyTheGame is shifting it to the "Destiny Infinite" Model. Framework is already in place and seems to be potentially cheaper and faster to get up and running. Already is an established Live Service game
