It’s so hard to watch my lovely bright girl fade away completely. She still breathes but even the hand squeeze has gone now. Her life force is so strong but this is unbearable to watch. I’m scared that all my happy memories have been replaced by the trauma of the last few weeks

Yes, I did want my son’s wheelchair in his school photo, because it is a part of him. No, I did not want an ableist photographer to cut it out because they think he looks better without it. Fraser is disabled, and perfect, just the way he is. Very proud Mum! 💙♿️😍

This is so important- we need to reduce glove wearing & get back to basic IPC principles. Encourage each other to ask ‘do I need to wear gloves for this procedure’ - during Covid it has become an extension of uniform rather than an assessment of clinical requirement. @CMFT_IPCTV
