@AnnaDevor Thank you all. It is a great honor. Metcalf founded the Aeronautical Eng Dept at BU in 1934, which later became the College of Eng. He founded Electronics Corp of America and sold it for $100M in 1986. He served as a BU trustee for over 40 yrs.

October 15, 2010. Twelve years ago today was the first #fnirs ⁦@SfNIRS⁩ conference in Boston at the Harvard University Northwest Building with 152 attendees. Where will we be at the 20 year mark? One thing for sure, our community has always exceeded our expectations.
