@SDNYnews @TishJames @coinbase please explain to me how someone can be locked out of their account for 3 1/2 months talk to 10 customer support people for an hour or more and not be able to access their account. All these support people are overseas agents reading from a script and have no power. No one has escalated my account even though I am an “important” client w over $100k in money locked up. Shouldn’t this be illegal? I can’t imagine any other banking institution doing this consistently. Please help !

This is what happens when you chase the wrong things. When artists are removed from context. When it's all discovery & no retention. When it's viral over everything. We've been headed this way for a long time. We need to start building from the ground up. We need to change the incentives.
