I’m under LOI on another accounting firm acquisition and need to decide go or no go this week. I’ve been getting cold feet and still feel 40% yes 60% no. Here’s the scoop:

@patrickdichter Multiple too high AND the two owners of biz will never realize they are now paid employees and not business owners. I’ve done so many deals and integration of small practices is difficult. Oh, and multiple is too high
